If US Dollar Index cannot hold 72, the next target is 72 - (76 - 72) = 68. Can this happen? I believe the probability is high from technical and fundamental point of view. Technically US Dollar Index is still in down trend unless it breaks off from 78 level. For those who are interested in US homes, patience is required. The process of mean reversion is going on. The average price of US homes may revert to the level of 2004 or 2002.

Price never move in one direction. Need to wait for oil price to pullback to 115 or 105 before considering AMEX: USO - oil ETF again.
